Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking your journey with us.

1. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after receiving the initial deposit as specified in the tour itinerary. The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the departure date.

2. Cancellation Policy

• 30 days or more before departure: 100% refund (minus processing fees).

• 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.

• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

3. Travel Insurance

Tripozy Travels does not provide travel insurance. We strongly advise all passengers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for medical expenses, personal accidents, and trip cancellations.

4. Health & Safety

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are fit for the journey. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. Tripozy reserves the right to decline any participant if their health condition may endanger themselves or others during the tour.

5. Liability

Tripozy Travels acts as an agent for hotels, transporters, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by acts of God, strikes, accidents, or failures of third-party vendors.
